Well..If I work on my Url for to build the website and after, when I am ready, I transfer it on the Url of my client, do I need to buy again?

This is perfectly fine. Being able to transfer a website from your development server to your clients server is essential.

If we initially purchase 3 additional licenses at $120 each ($360), can we upgrade to a 20 license package for the difference in price ($640) if we upgrade within a reasonable time of the first purchase? 90 days, let say?

I am sorry, although purchasing licenses in this way is reasonable, I do not have a system in place.

HI, so to be slightly slow on the subject, purchasing additional licences would allow me to build as many flash websites using Flash Blocks as I had additional licences?

Not sure I understand the question.

Flashblocks ML initially costs $240 with additional licenses being substantially less.

1 License : $120
20 Licenses: $1000 = $50 / license
50 Licenses: $2000 = $40 / license
100 Licenses: $3000 = $30 / license

I know someone else already asked this question but let me make sure I understand the answer.

I can purchase a license for my client.

Install and develop the site on my own server under my own URL. When finished with the development.. I can then transfer all the finished content and files to the clients server under their URL?

There is no weird stuff put into flashblocks that prohibits me from moving the site from URL to URL.

I ran into that problem once with another script. I changed the name of the URL to something better and I couldn't use the script any more because it was only good for the one URL. I had to go back to the old URL to use the script or repurchase it for the new one even though it was the same client and only being used once.

That is correct. A license will never prevent your website from working. Each license exists purely to protect the integrity of your company and your client's websites. It is important that each website running Flashblocks has a valid license.
