Has anyone coded something to replace existing php with say a windows brand of the same code? ex. asp.net?

There is not an ASP version at this point.

Currently Flashblocks works on all servers, including widows servers, running PHP.

does flash blocks work on server type IIS 5? I am having trouble. error when trying to save data.

Please make sure that your data file(s) are write enabled. All permissions are 777

Flashblocks has worked on every server so far without exception.

Have you set the dataFile.xml to 755 or 777. You may even need to ask you hosting provider to set this for you.
