I see that the script will have updates "until V2" does that mean up to and including V2 and all its sub versions v2.4 etc...? Or does it mean when V@ comes out that is it?

Flashblocks developer V1 is complete. I am adding to and adjusting the code as I have need. The new code will always be available as a free download, for those who have purchased it.

I have no idea what V2 will look like but I imagine that some day I will get a vision for it. As far as I can see it will be a new product.
