I've searched for solutions already here, but can't find any.

It's been a while, and we're about to go live with the site now. But when I ported it over to the "public_html" dir of our host, suddenly I am unable to login.

When I right click "Login", I get nothing. The screen stays the same. And then if I right click again, it has an "fb.menu.cancelEditing" option. At no point does a popup come up.

What happened? It worked fine in the old directory.

I've set directories I know to set to 775, some to 777. Is there one file or dir or set of files that I need to make sure are set highest?

This is not related to file permissions.

Recheck that all files are uploaded such as the include.php file. If you are sure they are all uploaded, feel free to post a link and I will take a look.

As far as I can tell, all the files are in place. I didn't change any, remove any or delete any. I just moved the files from the subdirectory to the main public_html directory.

The site is attempting to load the gate.swf without success. I see you have attempted to change the flashblocks folder name and I am sure that has something to do with it. Upload the gate.swf files here and it should work.

That's weird, cause it worked flawlessly prior to this folder move, and that setting was in place while it was in testing mode.

That fixed it. I don't know how that file was misplaced, as it was there before moving over. Thanks!
