I am seeing this error being returned from php on the server:
Your PHP environment doesn't have the appropriate function to read this format.
Here is the error: "setfile(): function imagecreatefromjpeg() doesn't exist"
This means the GD2.0 in either not installed or not set up completely. Please forward this to your hosting provider.

The hosting provider doesn´t know neither... :(
What do you think about to upload the images by FTP? and then add it manually to some data file, in order to the file would be recognized by the file manager?
may it be possible?
i´m worried!!
thank you

The hosting provider should, at the least, know why the image is not displaying on their server.
You do not need to add the image manually to the data file. But you can ftp it up, just like you did with the working stock Flashblocks images.
If you have a client that needs to upload images then it would be most ideal to allow them to upload from within Flashblocks.
It must be a directory permission issue. Did you set any directory/file permission on the server? If so, then I would change the permissions back or just reupload the site to a different test directory.

Go ahead and send me ftp info, through the contact form, to one of the servers. I will take a closer look.

I recived a reply from the other hosting provider, and they fixed the image001.jpg... and now its working but just that image.. Again when i try to upload a new one, itsn´t work..
I asked to fix the folder or more information about how can i do it for each image...
I will sent you the FTP information and I am very grateful with your disposition to help me. Flashblocks support is the best!.

although i put the 777 permision in the images folder and files inside, i saw that when i upload an image by the file´s manager or by the FTP it has a 000 permisions...
The difference is that i can change permision to the images uploaded by ftp and it works right... but not the other ones uploaded by the manager...
but anyway im progressing..
