Your information.
Handled with purpose.

Last updated: September 9, 2026.
Who this notice covers.
Flashblocks operates this website and store. This notice covers the information processed here when you browse, contact us, create an account, or purchase a download. Contact us with privacy questions or requests.
Contact messages.
The contact form collects your name, email, topic and message, plus a plugin name and website URL if you provide them. We use this information to answer your enquiry and investigate reported issues. Form submissions are stored in the site’s administration area and the notification is sent to our administrator inbox.
The form’s spam protection and website logs may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details and submission time. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or information you do not want us to receive.
Accounts, purchases and downloads.
The store processes account and order information such as your name, email, billing details, purchased items, payment status, transaction references and download access. We use these records to fulfil purchases, provide receipts, manage refunds and help with your downloads.
Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Stripe is configured for card payments. Payment providers and their fraud-prevention services may receive device, network and transaction information under their own privacy notices. Do not submit card details through our contact form.
Service providers and email.
WordPress, FluentCart and Fluent Forms run the account, store and contact features on our website. Email delivery is configured through Amazon SES. Our hosting, email and payment providers process information needed to provide their respective services.
Embedded content or payment features can connect to their providers when you use them. Those providers may operate their own cookies and technical logging.
Cookies and browser storage.
WordPress and the store use cookies or browser storage for functions such as signing in, maintaining a cart, completing checkout and remembering relevant site state. Browser settings can remove or restrict this storage, but doing so may interrupt those functions.
Retention and requests.
We retain messages and order records for customer service, account access, transaction administration, security and any applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not promise an automatic deletion period for all records.
You can ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information associated with you. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for an existing transaction, security, or a legal obligation. Use the contact form and identify the email address associated with your account or enquiry.
Changes to this notice.
We update this notice when the store’s practices change and show the latest revision date above. Review the current notice when providing new information.
