What a Flashblocks purchase includes.

One payment. A complete plugin.
The featured paid plugins are US $20 each, paid once. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. There is no subscription or required license key. Flashblocks Timeline is free.
Your purchase provides a downloadable plugin ZIP and the source included in that package. The software license shipped with each plugin governs your use, modification, and redistribution of its code. These purchase terms describe the store service and do not replace that software license.
Downloads and future releases.
Sign in to My Account to download your purchases. When we publish a newer ZIP for the same product, it becomes available there for you to download and install manually.
We do not promise a release schedule, a fixed maintenance period, or compatibility with every future WordPress, theme, or plugin version. The version you have downloaded does not expire. Back up your site and any custom code before installing a replacement ZIP.
A 14-day refund window.
If a paid plugin is not a good fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase and request a refund. Include the order number and the email used at checkout. You do not need to justify the request.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. A refunded order may no longer provide store downloads or purchase support; the license terms for code already delivered remain applicable.
Help when you need it.
We help with installation, documented features, and reproducible plugin bugs. Custom development, third-party customization, and hands-on maintenance of your website are outside the included support. There is no guaranteed response time.
Your order and these terms.
Keep your receipt and account details so we can locate your order. Do not send payment card details or passwords through the contact form. If a download is missing or an order looks incorrect, contact us.
These terms describe purchases made under the offer shown when you order. Later changes to our pricing or policies do not remove any rights that apply to your existing purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
